Itinerary
Begin your voyage from Delhi to Shimla by cab, a scenic 350 km drive over 8-9 hours. Welcomed by our representative at Delhi’s entry points, embark on your drive to Shimla, a peaceful retreat from city life. Check into your hotel upon arrival, relax, and enjoy a delicious dinner before your overnight stay in Shimla, setting the stage for a tranquil escape.
Arrive in Shimla and head straight to KUFRI, a picturesque resort located 2,622 meters above sea level. Explore its Adventure Park and Hussan Valley, and experience horse and yak rides. Later, return to Shimla to visit The Mall Road, Ridge, and Scandal Point. Wander through Lakkar Bazaar, Christ Church, and Lower Bazaar. After exploring, return for dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel in Shimla.
After breakfast, check out and start your scenic drive to Manali, lasting about 7-8 hours. Enjoy breathtaking views of Kullu Valley, the Beas River, Vaishno Devi temple, Sunder Nagar Lake, Pandoh Dam, and more en route. Once in Manali, check into your hotel and spend the evening exploring Manali's vibrant markets. Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay, ready for your Manali adventure.
Start with breakfast, then tour Manali's attractions. Visit the Hadimba Temple, a 1553 masterpiece known for its intricate entrance and pagoda roof. Explore the Club House with its myriad of activities, visit the Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar, and Vashisht, famous for its hot springs. End your day with an overnight stay in Manali.
After breakfast, head to Rohtang Pass, 3979 meters high and 51 km from Manali, offering stunning mountain views. Visit Solang Valley next, a spot for paragliding, zorbing, and horse riding in summer. Note that Rohtang Pass entry depends on permit availability from the SDM Office Manali, possibly at an additional cost. Return to your hotel for the night.
Post-breakfast, drive to Dharamshala, passing by the lush Palampur Tea plantations. Check into your hotel upon arrival and spend the day at leisure, enjoying Dharamshala’s serene environment. Stay overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, explore Dharamshala's Cricket stadium, local bazaar, Tibetan sites, and Dalai Lama temple. After lunch, journey to Dalhousie, "mini Switzerland," for its stunning scenery. Overnight stay at the hotel in Dalhousie.
Post-breakfast, visit Khajjiar, often called "mini Switzerland." Enjoy its serene lake, 9-hole golf course, or simply relax in its picturesque setting. After a day of exploration, return for an overnight stay at your Dalhousie hotel.
After breakfast, check out and head back to Delhi. Your cab will drop you at Delhi Railway Station/bus station/Airport, concluding your Himachal journey.
